During WWII, extra rifle ammunition was distributed to US troops in cloth bandoliers. Included in one pocket of each bandolier was a small cardboard card detailing the manufacturer and lot number of that particular batch of ammunition. The idea behind this was that should there a problem with the ammo, it could be traced and withdrawn and the supplier notified.
We are pleased to offer some brilliant reproductions of these cards. If you buy one of our bandoliers, you should definitely have these too.
Each pack contains 6 cards, enough to outfit 6 bandoliers.
We have purchased these from Charlie Tiemeyer, AKA, theammoboxguy on eBay. It would be cheaper for you to buy direct from him here rather than have us ship them back across the pond.
